The simple process to be
followed is
Check if Adobe PDF reader is installed, by clicking
the start button, closing program section and locating
Adobe Acrobat Reader. If you have installed PDF reader,
follow the next step, else click
here of instructions to download Acrobat
Download the file into relevant
directory by clicking at the download link near the
scheme you have selected (May take time … but shorter
than receiving by post)
Open the form by clicking on the downloaded file Print
the form into an A4 size paper, verify that it is printed
in exactly the same manner as it appears on your screen.
Mention your sub broker code (Allotted and applicable
only to BCL Sub Brokers) in the sub broker stamp/code
column
Carefully read the instructions printed on the form.
Fill the printed form (As normally filled) and attach
the cheque/ DD.
