Brief Introduction

Cholamandalam Cazenove AMC Limited (CCAMC) is a joint venture of Cholamandalam Investment and Finance Co. Ltd. and the UK based Cazenove Fund Management Limited.Cazenove and Co. is a leading member of the London Stock Exchange and the only major stock broking firm to have remained an independent partnership firm. The firm has three distinct businesses: Fund Management, Corporate Finance and Institutional Broking.The Fund Management business of Cazenove & Co. manages a range of unit trusts and provides discretionary portfolio management services for a variety of pension funds, charities and individuals. Total funds under management are in excess of 10 billion pounds.
The AMC manage over Rs. 1,300 million in domestic mutual funds and act as advisors to the Cazenove Indian Portfolio, an offshore fund.The Company was established in 1996. The Company has its headquarters in Chennai, India with marketing offices in Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad.
