Brief Introduction

DSP Merrill Lynch Asset Management(India) Ltd.,(a company registered under the Companies Act, 1956) has been set up by DSPML and MLHM, to act as the Asset Management Company (AMC0) to the Fund. The AMC has been appointed as the Investment Manager to the fund, MLHM holds 40% of the paid up sharecapital of the AMC, while the balance 60%(approximately),is held by DSPML. The Investment Manager was approved by SEBI to act as the AMC for the Mutual Fund.
