The Punjab National Mutual Fund has been established by the sponsors, as trust under Indian Trust Act 1882.The Basic objective of PNB Mutual Fund is to mobilize saving from the public at large and to provide regular income,capital growth opportunity to the unit holder.Punjab National Bank is the sponsor and principal Trustee of the PNB Mutual Fund.Punjab National Bank Ltd was incorporated in the year 1894 and commenced its operation in the year 1895.The Bank has grown in size and stature to become a frontline Banking Institution in India.
