There is no tool for development more effective than the empowerment of women. In our perpetual endeavor of development at Bajaj Capital, we have always strive to make the work place friendly for our female employees. It is a proud moment for us as our initiatives have been recognized by the Associated Chambers of Commerce & Industry of India (ASSOCHAM). The body listed Bajaj Capital as the company which takes new initiatives for being women friendly in a special book published on 'Women Friendly Initiatives by Companies 2015-Edition'
, which was released by Smt. Maneka Gandhi - Minister of Women & Child Development Government of India.
