After recent rate cuts by RBI, most of the banks have started reducing the interest rates in Fixed Deposits. On an average, banks have cut one-year deposit rates by 130 basis points (1.3%) in the last one year. If you invest in fixed deposit scheme with a nationalized bank, it would not yield you more than 8% today. This is the right opportunity to invest in company fixed deposits and stay safe from interest rate cuts.
